A woman scares away a moose that is chasing her small dog by using her ‘mom voice.’

It seems as though mothers possess an infinite supply of tools and skills when it comes to monitoring and disciplining their offspring.

Most people are aware that moms have eyes behind their heads. They essentially acquire a sixth sense, being able to discern their kids’

motions without even turning to face them. But without a doubt, the ‘mom voice’ is the most powerful and paralyzing tool in a mother’s toolbox.

The ‘mom voice’ is a familiar one to many. The tone, which is harsh and irate, indicates that trouble is about to break out.

It is advisable to pay close attention to what Mom says at this point. As one YouTube video reveals, ‘mom voice’ is apparently so strong that it can stop a 1,000-pound moose in its tracks.

Alaska is where Cathy Diehl-Robbins resides with her family. She claims they chose to reside in the state because of the wildlife, and numerous animals have shown up in their property.

Cathy once witnessed a moose frightening the youngest member of the family. Cathy defended the puppy by speaking in her ‘mom voice.’

‘Hey, hey, hey, hey!’ exclaimed her. ‘No!’ to the creature, making it freeze and quit pursuing the tiny dog.

In an interview, Cathy’s husband chuckled as he remarked, ‘I know that tone too,’ which made a big wild animal cower in fear. ‘It’s the voice of the mother and the voice of the husband,’ he remarked.

Cathy stated that she has the last word and control over everyone – human or animal – who steps in her yard.

‘It’s my yard, my rules, as I always say,’ Cathy remarked. ‘You enter my yard; these are my regulations. Act appropriately.
