Johanna Quaas is the oldest female gymnast in the world, and she practices having a healthy mind in a healthy body. She seemed to have cleared the path for violating all age restrictions.

Johanna Quaas is a resident of Germany who once instructed physical education at a nearby school. At the age of just 9

she competed in her first competition in 1934. After completing her education, she took an obligatory social year of employment.

She remembers that her parents taught her a lot about gymnastics and that she began participating in it at an early age.

She had to stop performing because they weren’t gymnasts herself and had to relocate. She quickly came to the attention of the media.

Millions of people watched Quaas’s various YouTube videos from the Turnier der Meister in 2012, when she was 86 years old, and which featured her training.

Many German and foreign media as well as TV networks reported her story. She was verified by Guinness World Records as the oldest gymnast in the world in the same year (2012).

Quaas claimed that her extremely balanced, healthy diet is the key to her success when asked what her secret is.

She watches her weight and eats moderately, emphasizing the need of eating lots of greens. She demonstrates how important it is to take good care of one’s body, and we couldn’t agree more.

She has no health issues and stated in an interview, ‘I have absolutely no health fears. I can perform all of these workouts

and moves comfortably because my body has been trained. She advised young people to start playing whichever sport works best for them as she concluded her remarks.
